Tool #2: Therapy
Ongoing Therapy is one of the primary Tools utilized by our staff to accomplish the objectives or our program at Academy of Eastern Arizona-Boarding School. Our Professional Therapists incorporate a concentrated schedule of therapeutic activities consisting of individual, group, family therapy, and soon Equine Assisted Therapy. Therapists focus on all aspects of each child's attitude and behavioral problems including family dynamics, substance abuse, anger management, and conflict resolution. Through identifying core issues the child is able to learn valuable coping skills and self-control. Our Therapeutic Boarding School is among the best in the Nation at treating these girls with their various struggles.

Horsemanship will be implemented to all residents of The Academy of Eastern Arizona.
Recreation
Recreation is an essential part of the mental and physical makeup of all Human Beings. At The Academy of Eastern Arizona-Boarding School we promote the participation by each troubled teen girl in a well rounded recreational program that includes both Physical Activities and Enrichment Activities. Our unique location in Holbrook, Arizona offers a wealth of opportunities for each troubled teen girl to experience a variety of Physical Activities as well as an abundance of quality Enrichment Activities.
Service
Service to Others is a vital tool for instilling in each resident a sense of respect for themselves and an appreciation for the feelings and needs of others.
At The Academy of Eastern Arizona-Boarding School each resident will be involved in helping others by participating in Community Service projects. Through Community Service each troubled teen girl develops an appreciation and empathy for the individuals they serve and the community they live in. This is a huge Therapeutic tool in creating there successfull future in helping others.
