Being a teenager is not easy. As the child turns into a teen many changes occur with his body and confusion and anger can install if there is not somebody to look after that kid and explain him what is going on with him.

During this transformation process teens will feel like doing things in their own way as they might feel over controlled by those around them. One step further and teen anger management might become a problem for parents and other adults.

Nowadays our world is full of violence, televisions and mass-media are promoting mostly violent movies and news, and this is another reason why teens are acting so angry during their tumultuous adolescence.
